An ‘interesting’ three months of our football life, a window in Newcastle United Summer Transfer that will not be forgotten quickly.

So, taking into account all the above, how do you feel now?
My conclusion?
I am absolutely stunned about how someone can see this Newcastle United Summer Transfer window as something other than a huge success.
The question I always ask myself after a transfer window is … are Newcastle united in a better position now, that they were before that window happened?
I really think that if you don’t give yes to that question for this latest window, you are joking yourself, you are not fair.
Perhaps you have dug yourself such a deep hole of negativity because of the Alexander Isak zonzin, that you are now unable to climb out.
If you still have doubts, ask yourself this question instead and answer it honestly.
If you could press a magical button and go back to where we were at the end of last season, before the Newcastle United Summer Transfer window was opened, would you press that button? A magical button that would mean that none of the Newcastle United players had left and none of the new signing sessions had arrived.
For me you would have taken all your senses leave if you decided to press that button.
Newcastle United is now at a very better level thanks to what has happened in the last three months.
I would claim that Newcastle United, Newcastle United, have now been signed in a better position than Wilson and Isak. Does not matter an isak who no longer wanted to be here and indeed had claimed that he would refuse to play if he would stay.
Yoane Wissa is a proven Premier League quality officer and his 19 PL goals last season were most of every striker who does not take any fines. Nick Woltemade is an exciting young striker who could prove to be a real superstar, but will at least offer a very decent option.
As for the company, in and from this summer, it has been spectacular.
Eddie Howe has signed four proven Premier League artists Plus Serie A and Champions League experienced Thiaw from AC Milan and Germany International Woltemade that Bayern Munich wanted to draw desperately.
While, when you look at the team of players that Eddie Howe now has, none of the players who have left this summer, with the exception of Isak, would now be somewhere near the 20 MAN MatchDay team, let alone the team.
No lack of respect for them and indeed many have placed great shifts in the past, but to relocate all these other players (as well as Isak) and to generate a pretty important money on top of the very important saving on wages, it is honestly top class.
Could things go better? Of course they could have had that, they could always have done it.
All we can do now is see where the Newcastle United Squad was back at the end of May 2025 and where it is now at the beginning of September 2025.
This team and the team are now in a much better position to win football matches that go further than they were a little more than three months ago, especially since Eddie Howe will now have some other top teams, a bank where he can call five players in every match that are not too big for the five players they would replace. The same when rotating the team playing almost every midweek now.
