Hey guys!

September is here! Are you happy to see Halloween -Decor on shelves and PSLs everywhere you turn? If not, I think it is safe to say that we have left a lot of warm, summer days. And whether you are ready for autumn or not, I think we can all agree that a new calendar is pretty exciting, right?!

Or you can get everything you need (and more motivating tools!) On the Blogs App! If you don’t have the app yet, following this month’s training sessions will make it easier! You not only have access to the agenda, but also all videos in one place. Find challenges and free programs such as the Glow Up sessions and the 200 AB -challenge there too!

Now that you know where you can find your training, this is what you can expect from the training calendar in September. Let’s go!

SUNDAY: Repair
MONDAY: Total body
TUESDAY: ABS
WEDNESDAY: Loot
THURSDAY: Total body
FRIDAY: Poor
SATURDAY: Legs and thighs

Take every video once (unless stated otherwise) and check when you go! Most days are a maximum of 45 minutes exercise.

The blogilates community is the best. So I wanted to create a space where we could all feel a bit more together!
