Lexington, Ky. (October 6, 2025) – Griffin Johnson and Zoe Cadman will be co-host Thoroughbred Charities of AmericaBash at the Breeders’ Cup presented by Churchill Downs recorded on Friday 31 October in Del Mar Hilton in Del Mar, California. The evening offers savory bites, handmade cocktails, live music and an opportunity to offer on extraordinary items all to support TCA. Tickets are available here.
Griffin Johnson is an American content -maker, social media -influencer, actor and singer with more than 14 million followers. He rose to pop culture prominences due to his video content on social media. Johnson was one of the founders and resident of the Sway House, a Bel Air Mansion and Hub for famous Tiktokmakers. He is also co-founder and operational partner of venture capital company Animal Capital. In 2024, Johnson jumped a leap into the world of horses by the best racing of America ‘A Stake in Stardom’ initiative. Through the program, which aims to attract a new audience to race by influencers who participated in horse possession, Johnson became a minority owner at West Point Thoroughbrreds.

Zoe Cadman is host and analyst for XBTV, Santa Anita Park and 1/ST Racing. Born in South Africa and raised in England, Zoe came to America and worked for trainers Michael Dickinson, Christopher Speckert and Mike Stidham before she eliminated her jockey permit in 2000. She became the first female rider in the history of Chicago who won a meet title when she won the spring 2001 Hawthorne title. In 2008 Zoe moved to Santa Anita to work with HRTV until 2015, when she started her current broadcast role with XBTV, Santa Anita Park and 1/St Racing.

Thoroughbred Charitions of America (TCA) was founded in 1990 to collect and distribute funds under charities in the thoroughbred industry that offer a better life for thoroughbreds, both during and after their racing career, by supporting qualified re-use and pension organizations and by helping them for them. This year, TCA granted more than $ 1 million to 98 approved charities that worked within thoroughbred retraining, repetition and pension; Backstretch and farm employee services, research and with horse-supported therapy. During the last 35 years, TCA has granted more than $ 28 million to more than 200 charities that successfully meet the criteria set out in its annual grant application. TCA also manages the Horses First Fund, founded by LNJ Foxwoods in 2016, to help thoroughbreds that need emergency aid.
