“You’re looking for a leader. May I introduce one. You. You are the leader,” Beck said.
“What is it that we have that you don’t have? A platform? Build one. Charlie did it. Build a platform,” Beck said.
“You have no understanding of history, God, economics or politics. Learn it. You have the library of the world in your pocket. Learn it,” Beck said.
“The one thing I have that you may not have is white hair. That’s the only thing I have and that comes from a long life of seeing things happen over and over again,” Beck continued.

“Here’s another thing I think you’re rejecting, you’re here. So, if it’s not you, who? If not now, when? The other thing you’re rejecting is that you’re alive, and that to me means it proves that God doesn’t make outrageous people. You have a reason for being here. You have a purpose,” Beck said.

Beck told the crowd that a meaningful life is lived with faith, discipline, hard work and even how we respond to others.
“You have to believe in yourself. You have to recognize the power that you have. You don’t need permission to start a meaningful life,” Beck said.
“You have one internal force. No one can control your work ethic, your honesty, your discipline and your faith,” Beck said.
“Your response to others. That is yours. Don’t let others dictate how you respond,” Beck continued.
“You also have compound strength, compound power. Small, consistent actions every day will beat institutions every time because your skills increase,” Beck said.
“Every time I met Charlie, he was a different and better person. Every time he was smarter, he was deeper in God. He was more successful, and toward the end of his life it increased so quickly that the changes were staggering. But he’s the one who did it. He just chose to do it,” Beck continued.
