I who have no autumn Pepper at all this year got the feeling to fill in an autumn list today. One of the blogs that I follow Flora Wiström Make such a list and I saw that today 1 September apparently also the start of the girl-new year.

  • Three focus areas for autumn:

Enjoy my last time as a parent with Flora as much as possible and later in the fall/winter there will of course be a great focus that she is happy at kindergarten and that I am starting to work. Otherwise, more want to play and have a lot of do -the -self -projects that look like therapy.

  • Things I want to find:

Go outside and eat alone I and Joseph, it was so long ago. Go for massage. Go out and drink wine with girlfriends and go for a singing time and similar activities with flora. Try to solve it and do it at home so well, because we are more at home in the fall.

Never remember how these are called, but so nice. Do you now also want to fill the entire house with sunflowers.

  • Places that I want to hold:

Playgrounds and bathhouses with flora. Also wants to drink coffee for as long as possible in the outdoors. And of course hang in vintage stores! Would also like to go to Copenhagen.

  • I want to radiate this in terms of appearance:

Effortlessly chic and at the same time warm and so self -confident in my style.

Heels! Would like to go on a heel every day if I could. Suede jacket. The use of all my jackets as jackets before it gets too cold.

Fix the nails, test this new gel set dependent. Color the eyebrows every other week and keep making a super fast makeup every day to feel more lively!

Want to sit outside and drink coffee as long as it just goes here in Lilla Espresso bar on Hornsgatan.

Want to treat me to a new bag before I start working. Would like to have received a vintage Celine box. Villhöver a nice shoulder strap bag. Otherwise I have just done a fairly large sales order for me and flora for autumn and winter. Maybe you want to see it?

That “life” does not end for me to work later in the fall.

Worry .. But it’s hard! And the most difficult thing I think I became a mother.

Is it counting to finally start working? At the moment it feels like a threshold, haha, but at the same time terrified pleasure. Give me all the tips you have!

Hooks a hair at the start of the summer, so want to learn more and more! Knitting too!

100 years after everyone else I read fresh water in the flowers of Valerie Perrin. I also bought the book Tre.

I still have not opened the pasta machine that I received from Josef last year, so it will be a priori!

Will be for the first time in a concert for the first time in October in October, Markus Krunegård in Avicii Arena.

I want to read my summer book, haha! Usually choose Pod instead of book, but really wants to start reading more because they say a little more faces.

Many series in the evening when Flora fell asleep. Look badly at what is coming this fall. What should I not miss?

  • Want to spend less time on:

The house is what I think of, haha.

  • Something I need in relationships to feel good:

Self -time but also Quality Time together, so it is not only logistics and daily life.

  • I want to get better at that:

Say no without giving me a bad conscience.

  • Three keywords for my health:

Exercise, home time and self -care.

  • What do I need in concrete terms to get there:

Book training with friends, much more fun! Treat me once a week on a long bath and book a massage.

  • 5 things for my mental health:

Here it is also training, it is almost more important for my mental health than physically. More, ie sew/crochet/board or other do -the self -project so that I just think of that special. Also wants to get more walks with friends. Focus on things that I can change. (What easy at all times?!)

  • 3 things for my physical health:

Be a lot in the fresh air. Go/cycle where I go and get at least 2 training sessions per week.
