6 Jasper Ave, Barwon Heads, is on the market for $ 4 million to $ 4.4 million.

The new house with five bedrooms is putting a design benchmark in a premium indoor village position near beaches, shops and schools in Barwon Heads.

Designed by Archtistic Design Group, the development was built by owner and developer Brad Liddle, the director of BDL Development Co, and was completed in July.

“Our inspiration was a modern coast, with a touch a queensland high-end design,” explains Liddle.

The showstopping external facade of 6 Jasper Ave, Barwon Heads, uses extensive use of a bat finish, which covers large floor-to-ceiling windows at the highest level, while the lower façade contains a lower lower finish with an unobtrusive forang and garage door.

“In addition to the front in the front, there is a curved wall that leads to the swimming pool with the use of the torn cast guest scent finish. Looking at the back garden are floor-to-ceiling windows and doors to create a stream from the inside to the outside,” explains Liddle.

The interior of the house has been carefully designed and executed, the lay -out offers functionality and generating a feeling of luxury with the use of curves and lighting.

The large entry with marble handle and a distinctive, bent, Venetian plaster film wall sets the tone.

A bioethanol fireplace is a central point of the living room.

The swimming pool with solar energy takes care of itself.

Cote d’Azure Marble is the star of the kitchen.

“Upon entering, we wanted it to felt like you lived in an oasis in a resort style,” explains Liddle.

“The curved Venetian access wall gives a subtle nod to elegance.”

The advanced finishes, top equipment and materials-inclusive hydronic floor heating, polished concrete floors and Paul Agnew design bioethanol fireplace used in the two levels of the house further adds to this glamorous resort design.

“There are so many characteristics of the house that we love, from the Signorino marble through the kitchen, bathrooms and built-in cupboards, to the lightly filled skylights above the kitchen and ensuite,” says Liddle.

“Even the garage floor is finished with epoxy flake floors for a clean, stylish and premium finish.”

In addition to the facade, other outdoor characteristics of the home were also carefully integrated into the design.

The second living room upstairs has a balcony on the west overlooking the swimming pool.

There is a choice of large bedrooms, with suites on both the ground level and the first floor.

“We deliberately placed the swimming pool at the front of the house so that you could see and feel it,” says Liddle.

“We wanted the outside to become a different space to entertain in the house.”

The use of outdoor lighting is also included in a meaningful and unique way, explains Liddle.

“From the garden lighting to the LED lighting strips under the front stairs to the rear planters and the LED strip lighting, which is stopped behind all upper floor areas, gives a sensational glow from behind the slats at night, which I have not seen before.”
