Today I’m joined by Mika Fox Yoga| Birth | Babies. Born in New York, Mika lives on the Upper West Side with her husband and son Nogah. She works in account management at a technology company and enjoys dancing, walking, traveling and practicing yoga.
Mika is also a PYC alum and took classes from weeks 14 to 39 of her pregnancy. Her birth story had unexpected twists and turns, but one thing remained constant throughout: her deep trust in her body and her baby.
