The new Country Club of Gemlife is on a raised site and is designed to make Gemlife Gold Coast a flagship destination, Coulter explains.

“When we saw the view – stretching South Stradbroke Island to the skyline of Surfers Paradise – we knew that we had to create something very special.

“The Country Club is designed to get the most out of this incredible view,” he says.

The design was inspired by the Mediterranean-influenced architecture of the Gold Coast built in the 1930s to 1960.

That influence shines in the detailed brick arches, vaulted ceilings and high -quality finishes.

“The lay -out embraces views of three levels, encourages casual encounters and shared experiences. It is a destination for residents, their friends and family to collect, connect and celebrate,” says Coulter.

With a classic design -inspired design, the Country Club shows the best lifestyle of Gold Coast.

Five -star

On a search to create the best possible lifestyle experience for today’s lively and active over-50s, says Jared Poole, head architect at Jared Poole Design, which was the goal of exceeding expectations.

“This is a level of design and facilities far beyond what is usually seen – a facility that really adds value to the lifestyle of residents and makes a meaningful contribution to the local area,” he says.

Whether it is a view from the Sky Lounge and the infinite pool on the upper terrace, or practice in the golf simulator, Poole says that there is something for everyone.

The facility also has an indoor bowling alley, cinema, workshop, large ballroom, wine lounge, salon, library, gym, playroom and more.

“This is about creating a daily resorter experience, not just a place to live,” he says.

A covered bowling alley is just one of the luxury functions that the Country Club offers to residents.

Now that the Country Club was launched and residents are already making the best of it, there are opportunities for others to make Gemlife Gold Coast their home.
