There are still three months to go before LIV Golf 2026 kicks off, but the league is keeping a high pace in terms of announcements and signings ahead of season four.
On Wednesday, Victor Perez was included in the Cleeks Golf Club line-up, alongside Germany’s two-time major winning captain, Martin Kaymer, England’s Richard Bland and Poland’s Prince, Adrian Meronk.
Cleeks is one of the 13 teams that make up LIV Golf and the introduction of three-time DP World Tour winner Perez makes him the first from France to join the competition.
Perez is a natural fit for the team’s competitive ambitions and adds talent and experience to the club’s 2026 roster, LIV Golf said in a statement.
The 33-year-old will make his debut at the season opener at LIV Golf Riyadh, presented by Roshn.
After turning pro in 2015, Perez has built a reputation on the big stage with victories such as the 2019 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, the 2022 Dutch Open and the 2023 Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship.
He also represented France at the 2024 Paris Olympics, while off the court the Frenchman is known for his personality, style and modern approach to the game.
Pushing boundaries

Cleeks, one of the founders of LIV Golf, started 2025 on a high when Meronk won the opening event in Riyadh. With Perez now in the ranks, the team has higher ambitions for the 2026 season.
