Kiernan Dewsbury Hall (£5.0m) scored once and set up another as Everton triumphed 3-0 over Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Here are our scouting notes from Hill Dickinson Stadium.
DEWSBURY-HALL-VALUE CONTINUES
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall continued to prove his worth to Fantasy managers in Gameweek 15 as he posted an impressive 16-point win.
His perfectly struck low drive in the second half was his third goal in four games, having earlier clipped the outside of the post with a curling effort.
He also provided the cross Nikola Milenkovic (£5.2 million) converted into its own net.
Of Idrissa Gana Gueye (£5.4 million) and Irogbunam team (4.8m) suspended, Dewsbury-Hall was deployed in a slightly deeper, box-to-box role against Forest. This was a position he also played at Bournemouth on Tuesday, but in doing so he became central to Everton’s attacking play.
“He has given us something different. We currently have to play him a little lower and a little deeper in the team because of the players we are missing.” – David Moyes on Kieran Dewsbury-Hall
Dewsbury-Hall also collected defensive contribution points (DefCon) for the third time in five games, with five clearances, one interception, five recoveries and four tackles.
With another three shots in Gameweek 15, it’s also worth noting that he is now averaging an attempt every 52.3 minutes at Hill Dickinson Stadium this season, compared to 122.2 minutes per attempt on the road.
BARRY FROM THE MARK
Elsewhere, Thierno Barry (£5.7m) eventually scored his first goal for Everton, having previously played 14 Premier League games – including seven starts – without finding the net.
The former Villarreal player then increased the Toffees’ lead Indian education (£6.5m), who also funded DefCon but will soon leave for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), broke the pace to put it beautifully on the tee.
It was Barry’s only try in the match, although his performances have visibly improved in recent weeks, coinciding with an extended run in the starting XI.
“He [Barry] won’t be able to play another six games and score just one goal. He has been given the opportunity, but I have to say that Beto is starting to show more. Barry will have to keep playing well.
“In the opening games of the season we were happy to change them after 60 minutes because we needed one of them to score and none of them scored at that moment.
“The choice was to give Thierno a chance in the team to get used to the Premier League, but we really hope that Beto gets back into form because we need the goals from both of them.” – David Moyes
Changed just after the hour on Saturday, Barry’s replacement, Beto (£5.1 million), worked hard and got a few chances he probably should have done better.
ANOTHER CLEAN SHEET FROM EVERTON
It is now four wins and four clean sheets in five for the Merseysiders, who would have done so Michael Keane (£4.6m) back into the starting line-up on Saturday.
The centre-back missed the trip to Bournemouth with a minor injury but recovered in time to become partner James Tarkowski (£5.4m), with Jake O’Brien (£4.9 million) and therefore switched to right-back.
Both Keane and Tarkowski claimed DefCon as a share of the bonus as they helped restrict Forest to just 0.46 expected goals (xG).
Keane and Tarkowski have now earned DefCon points in 66.7% and 57.1% of their starts in 2025/26.

MURILLO NEWEST
It was a miserable afternoon for Forest, who struggled to create meaningful chances.
Their defense also left a lot to be desired, which wasn’t helped by the absence of Murillo (£5.3 million) for the third consecutive league match.
However, the Brazilian should at least be back soon, possibly for Thursday’s trip to Utrecht in the UEFA Europa League.
“He has been ill. Yesterday he was 50% better. We will wait and see how he is doing in the coming days. Hopefully he will be back on the training field on Monday. We of course hope for that, because we want as many people as possible to be fit.” – Sean Dyche on Murillo
Elsewhere, Elliot Anderson (£5.4m) earned DefCon and even on a bad day for Forest, delivered four points for its Fantasy owners.
But Ryan Yates (£4.7 million) was sold with a suspected hamstring problemadd to Sean Dyche‘s concerns.
