Former English cricket player investigated sexual abuse and peak claims in Pub in the hands of sports stars

A former cricket player in England is being investigated by the police for a statement of sexual violence and claims that two women have had their drinks in a London pub co-ownership of a group of current and former sports stars.

In a statement on Friday released to the Daily Telegraph, the Metropolitan Police confirmed that officers interviewed a man in June after receiving a complaint about an alleged spiking and abuse.

“Two women are supposed to be enriched with one that is also reportedly sexually abused,” said the statement. “A man in the forty was interviewed on Thursday 5 June with caution. There will continue to be questions and no arrests were made at this stage.”

The alleged spiking is supposed to have taken place in a pub with crickett theme in Chelsea, the border, which is partly by the head coach of England Cricket, Brendon McCullum and White-Ball Batter Jos Butler, alongside other members of the England setup.

The 50-over World Cup winning captain Ein Morgan, the former one-day international batter Sam Billings, the former captain Graeme Smith in South Africa and the Ireland cricket player Paul Stirling are also shareholders, just like the English and British Lions Rugby Union Hoker Jamie George.

None of the owners of sports stars were present at the time of the alleged incident, which it was said to have taken place on the first day of the one -off test match of England against Zimbabwe on Trent Bridge on 22 May.

Due to the ownership of the pub, the English and Wales Cricket Board has been aware of the allegations for some time. When it was contacted by the Guardian, the comments refused to give.

The border was opened in March and quickly gained a reputation for attracting current and former cricketers for late night drinks this summer. Although it is not directly involved, the incident can invite uncomfortable questions to the ECB, especially for the Ashes tour of this winter.

The English cricket has suffered from various cases of sexual misconduct in recent years. An unnamed former provincial coach was suspended for nine months of sport in August after he admitted that he had sent sexually explicit photos to two female junior staff members.

After he was found guilty by the independent cricket discipline panel of the ECB, his name was edited on the basis of the site that there would be a “serious risk of damage” if his identity were made public.

The coach had admitted five accusations of professional misconduct, including sending explicit images to two colleagues, where the panel noted that one of the women was “much younger” and “he took a much higher position than they” in the club.

In November last year, a professional coach was suspended for six months for “inappropriate sexual behavior” during a tour for the season for an unnamed men’s and DameCounty team.
