A new view of Pescado, Palm Beach
New images of the luxury project from internationally renowned musician DJ Paul Fisher and his influencer wife Chloe have been revealed, with the development making its first sale.
A local family has purchased a full-floor luxury home in Pescado, a $50 million beachfront development planned for Palm Beach’s sought-after Jefferson Lane.
YLB Developments – led by the couple – has worked closely with BDA Architecture and Kollosche to refine the internal layouts and facilities to meet the needs of rights holders, families and owner-occupiers.

The redesign created a more functional floor plate, doubled the floor space of owner amenities, added an additional basement for more parking and added storage space to each home.
“It’s exciting to see how the market responds to what will be an iconic development for Palm Beach,” said Fisher.
“Leveraging the expertise of local leaders in architecture, sales and construction at Pescado is a major benefit that now translates into real confidence in what we deliver here.”
Born on the Gold Coast, DJ Fisher is a music producer, ARIA and Grammy Award nominated, pro surfer and top-rated international DJ.
He was ranked 7th in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 this year.

Kollosche managing director Michael Kollosche, whose agency is marketing Pescado, said the sale has boosted demand for ultra-luxury, low-density beachfront homes.
“Palm Beach has become one of the most monitored beach markets on the Gold Coast,” Mr Kollosche said.
“Boutique buildings with full-floor apartments of this size, with this level of finishes, privacy and amenities and parking, are extremely rare.”
The eight-story building, located at 228–230 Jefferson Lane, will yield just seven residences, including six full-floor apartments and a two-story penthouse.

Each full floor features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, a multipurpose room or fourth bedroom, a large balcony with ocean views, three parking spaces and a private elevator.
Residents will also enjoy a swimming pool, gym, sauna, ice pool, lounge and barbecue patio.

Gold Coast luxury builder HNKN, whose portfolio includes the award-winning Dahlia Estate in Tallebudgera Valley, is expected to start construction on Pescado in the first half of 2026.
Dahlia Estate sold in December 2023 for a suburban record $11.2 million.
“Now that the design has been completed, a trusted builder has been appointed and initial sales are underway, buyers can have full confidence in the progress of the project,” said Mr Kollosche.
“With only five full homes left, and with the increase in land and construction costs, it will be difficult to ever match the exclusivity and lifestyle that Pescado has to offer.”

When the development was first presented, Mr Fisher said the couple had drawn inspiration from some of their favorite hotels around the world, with a “strong focus on sustainability and liveability”.
“And for me, it’s all about creating a real sense of home,” he said.
“We drew inspiration from our homes in LA and Ibiza, using organic textures and neutral tones, with subtle accents of sage green and soft pink to give Pescado its own personality without overwhelming the coastal feel.”
