Setup outside days
Outside’s massive celebration of outdoor culture and community is coming back to downtown Denver for a third year — and it’s bigger than ever. The annual meeting, Buitendagen, with presentation by sponsors Capital One And REI Co-ophas added a third day of music with headliners Death Cab for Cutie, My Morning Jacket, Cage The Elephant, Tash Sultana, Goth Babe, Japanese Breakfast, The Flaming Lips, Dawes and more.
The event, formerly known as the Outside Festival and Summitwill once again include a unique mix of musical performances, adventure films and conversations with elite athletes, explorers and storytellers, plus a wide range of experiences designed to inspire visitors to reconnect with the outdoors and with each other.
The outdoor days industry conferencewhich begins on Thursday, May 28, covers the third year of Outside topa networking and thought leadership meeting for outdoor professionals, and its second year Ignite outsidea pitch competition for startups that brings together founders and investors. There are also two new tracks for 2026: Attractfor travel industry innovators, and To perseverefor competition leaders and event organizers.
Founded in 2024, the event quickly became so much more than a music festival: Outside Days is at the heart of an emerging cultural movement to get everyone outside. During its first two years, the festival attracted more than 50,000 visitors, leading it to be labeled as the ‘SXSW of the outdoors.For 2026, Outside Days will move a short distance to a new location, the Auraria Campus in Denver, where organizers expect more than 35,000 visitors.
Outside Days presenting sponsor Capital One is hosting a exclusive Capital One cardholder presalewhich will provide eligible cardholders, including REI Co-op® MasterCard® customers, with 48 hours of early access to tickets, beginning on Wednesday, December 3 at 10:00 AM MST and ending at 10:00 AM MST on Friday, December 5.
Capital One and REI Co-op® MasterCard® cardholders will enjoy benefits leading up to and during Outside Days, including early bird pricing through April 1, 2026, and exclusive access to the on-site Capital One cardholder lounge during the festival for a premium experience.
Immediately following the pre-sale for Capital One ticket holders, all tickets will be released to the general public on Friday, December 5 at 10 a.m. MST, with early bird pricing starting at $150 for the entire weekend and $60 for a single day. VIP packages start at $175 for a single day and $400 for the full weekend, with access to a premium VIP viewing area, exclusive food vendors, a private bar, expedited entry and more. Children aged 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Outside+ members have access to early bird pricing on VIP tickets, and members have the option to purchase GA+ tickets at general admission prices. Three-day GA+ tickets start at $300 and include perks such as express entry, private bathrooms, additional food and beverage options and access to the Outside+ lounge.
