Ferrari has five new models debuting this year alone

  • Ferrari plans to introduce five new models in 2026.
  • The first should be the Luce EV, which debuts on May 25.
  • It is very likely that some of these will be limited versions of existing models.

Ferrari had a healthy 2025. The Italian carmaker’s profits are moving in the right direction, with an order book until the end of 2027 and rising share prices. Not a bad place to be.

According to ReutersFerrari has no plans to slow down its role with more new models on the way. We already know about Luce’s upcoming electric car, but what else does Ferrari have in store for 2026? The likely answer is a bit more of the same.

Ferrari stands behind a production manifesto that says it is “better to have more limited-volume models than a few higher-volume models.” That means we’ll likely see special editions and one-offs rather than entirely new model lines.

However, the Luce is certainly a new model. Ferrari even describes it as “completely different in every way than anything we’ve ever made.” That’s an easy statement, considering this is Ferrari’s very first electric car. But from what we’ve seen of the interior, this could be a design masterpiece.

Ferrari will withdraw the cover of the Luce in May. Four more cars will hit the market in 2026. Ferrari doesn’t know what that means, but it’s safe to assume that at least some will be modified versions of existing vehicles.

The car manufacturer aims to deliver twenty new models by 2030. The product mix has been adjusted slightly due to sluggish demand for electric vehicles, but Ferrari still aims to have 20 percent of its range fully electric by then. The rest of the line-up consists of 40 percent hybrids and 40 percent combustion engines.

Hopefully, with these additional models, Ferrari will ultimately reduce the time it takes for a customer to receive their car.

Engine1 takes: Ferrari’s addition to its model lineup typically means more one-off or special versions of existing cars. However, the Luce will be a new face in the lineup. Still, for a company that is built 330,000 cars since 1947add something the lineup probably takes quite a bit of work.
