The FBI is looking for a military veteran who is suspected of being involved in which authorities call an ambush at officers in an ice detention facility in Texas on July 4.

Benjamin Hanil Song, 32, from Dallas, is now the 12th suspect who is supposed to be involved in last Friday’s ambush in the prairieland detention center in Alvarado, Texas.

Song, a former reservist of the US Marine Corps, is accused of firing two AR-15 style rifles on two correctional officers and one Alvarado police officer, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Fox News Digital.

Song is accused of three counts of attempted murder of a federal officer and three counts of discharging a firearm to promote a crime of violence.

A blue report was sent to the telephones of Texas on Wednesday evening and residents warned that song “was sought for involvement in the serious injury to a law enforcement officer.”

The criminal complaint claims that Song has joined a group of 10 to 12 others in an organized attack on officers in the Prairieland -Detention Center just after 10.30 pm on Friday.

The group, dressed in clothing in black military style, began to shoot fireworks to the detention center, while others sprayed graffiti on vehicles and a security structure in the parking lot at the facility, claims the complaint.

Correctional officers called 911 to report suspicious activities. A police officer from Alvarado arrived on the spot and was shot in the neck by a suspect in the forest. Another attacker across the street shot dozens of rounds on unarmed correctional officers who had stepped outside the facility, the complaint claims.

Federal public prosecutors said that song bought four of the weapons that were found in connection with the shooting. Two of these rifles in AR-Stijl-Werden found on the spot. One of them had a binary trigger, so the shooter can shoot faster than a standard semi -automatic gun.
