The transfer window can be closed for EFL clubs, but the Free Agent market will ask for some.

The transfer window brought enormous editions into the championship with large spenders Wrexham, Ipswich and Southampton who made the headlines.

Clubs spent well in an attempt to achieve their respective goals, and with EFL money that is becoming increasingly lucrative, bargains become difficult to find.

In total, a reported ÂŁ 286 million was only spent in the championship, with returned reimbursements with a balance ÂŁ 393 million (Transfer market).

Goalkeeper injuries often appear, so the keepers of this EFL -free agent can be called up this season. Clubs can turn to the market for emergency loans and often do this for short -term options.

However, the shot stoppers mentioned are on Red Alert in case openings come forward to return to the Football League.
