Mark Bates Ltd has extended its sponsorship of the National Championships for another year, continuing its partnership with Table Tennis England that began in 2020.
The partnership will see the Mark Bates Ltd name remain associated with each age group of the Nationals.
To celebrate the news, Mark Bates Ltd is giving away two fantastic prizes in a draw open over the next two weeks.
The first two names drawn at random will each win a pair of SHOKZ OpenRun Pro 2 Bone Conduction Sports Headphones – and the first name drawn will also win a pair of tickets to the final day (Sunday 22 March 2026) of the Mark Bates Ltd Senior National Championships.

The announcement follows the news that the Mark Bates Ltd Senior National Championships will have a revamped format for 2025/2026, bringing together qualifying and the main event under one roof.
This season’s competitions under the Nationals umbrella are:
- March 7-8: Mark Bates Ltd Cadet & U17 Nationals
- March 20-22: Mark Bates Ltd Senior Nationals
- April 19-20: Mark Bates Ltd U10-13 Nationals
- May 16-17: Mark Bates Ltd Junior & U21 Nationals
In addition to sponsoring the Nationals since 2020, the Lincolnshire-based family insurer has made additional investment to increase prize money at the flagship Senior Nationals, resulting in a 25% increase in 2020 and a doubling in 2023, with prize money maintained since then.
