“As far as the boys are concerned, I am incredibly proud of our efforts this week, and we will learn a lot as a team. It has been a valuable week.”

The girls pick up 23.5 points from a possible 27 and stamped their authority in the singles. The group won with 6.5 out of 9 in the four cushion, the group would only lose 1 singles match of the 18, and added a gigantic 17 points to the total.

The girls of the girls from home international titles from home will continue, making it seven in a row since 2016 and 15 victories of the last 16 tournaments, with Ireland stopping the run in 2016.

Charlotte Naughton (Longhirst Hall), Annabel Peeford (Walton Heath) and Elizabeth Wilson (Norwood Park) would all win 100% of all six of their competitions (three quads and three singles).

“We wanted to win, but the performances across the board have exceeded expectations,” Clyburn concluded. “Winning 17 out of 18 is a considerable achievement, and everyone deserves the compliments they receive.”

The boys were now led by the unbeaten Alex Boyes, who added 5.5 points of six. Boyes won all three Singles matches and would also create a strong partnership with colleague -Teesider Thomas Harthorne, because the couple protected two and a half points of their three four matches
