Here are three broad recipients and their statistics in the past four seasons. Which would you rather have?
- Player 1: 441 goals, 308 receptions for 4011 Yards and 27 touchdowns
- Player 2: 499 goals, 315 receptions for 4342 Yards and 27 touchdowns
- Player 3: 537 goals, 365 receptions for 3967 Yards and 17 touchdowns
On paper, that output looks almost identical, right? Of course the 10 extra TDs of players 1 and 2 stand out, but player 3 bridges that hole with 50+ extra catches, especially if you play with full PPR scoring.
Player 1 is Devonta Smith. Player 2 is Terry McLaurin. Which means that player 3 Michael Pittman Jr. is

According to Fantasy Calc, here they have been in the startups of the dynasty for the past two weeks: Smith is WR21, McLaurin is WR23 … and you have to go all the way to WR53 to Pittman Jr. To be found that the GAP is amazing, practical Grand Canyon size. We are talking about several rounds of ADP separation for almost non -distinct production.
The dynastia market fades Pittman after a Down 2024, when his figures fell. He had WR17, WR20 and WR13 ending from 2021–2023, but last year fell on WR41 with only 808 yards and three scores. However, the drop-off was not purely performance-related: he played the entire season with a low-back fracture that clearly obstructed him.
That is why there has been almost zero buzz around Pittman Jr. This season outside the season in my competitions. That is exactly when you buy. Stop a conversation with his manager and see what is needed to get him. A 2nd round pick could work. Throw in a 4th or a bank brochure to seal the pot if you have to. I would also like to do boys such as Jaylen Warren, JK Dobbins, Jack Beechh, Jaydon Blue, Mason Taylor, Mason Taylor – all appreciated around the reach of Pittman Jr. Turn – for a wideout that you should give WR2/3 returns now that it is healthy again.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB commanders of Washington

Just like Hansel these are all ‘That’s how hot now,“But in the case of Croskey-Merritt-or” Bill “, as he prefers, the hype train has left the tracks. I understand that everyone is desperate to find the next Bucky Irving, but the buzz around this seventh-rounder got out of hand.
Croskey-Merritt was a Zero-Star Rekruut of high school and passed through Alabama for three years, on average less than 4.0 meters per Carry, before he finally broke out in New Mexico in 2023. He then moved to Arizona and hurried for a 106 yards in the opening match for a eligible issue that left for the rest of his season.
He now comes in the pros like a 24-year selection day 3 that produced only 34 receptions and a measly 18.4% college Dominator rating. Why is everyone so enthusiastic about that profile?
Jacory Croskey-Merritt’s Advanced Statistics
Yes, Washington has Brian Robinson Jr. Throwed away from the team, but that does not mean that Croskey-Merritt will just inherit a large workload. Austin Eekeler is a trusted veterinarian who probably does not come out of the field on third downs, drill drilling machines of two minutes or pass on. Chris Rodriguez Jr. profiles as the larger, short-yardage option at 225 pounds. So what’s about “Bill” about it? A handful of in between the 20s wears and occasionally dump-off? Not exactly the things of fantasy relevance.
Yet he is now in one way or another in round 7 of Redrafts. That is insane. Did people not learn from Zamir White last year? There are managers who actually treat future 1sts for Croskey-Merritt. I’m not joking. In one of my competitions I saw him moved for a 2026 2nd and 3rd. For a player you probably got stuck in round 4 of Rookie concepts or a remote view? That is a strong profit.
History is not nice for these late round treasures. Do you still remember James Robinson? Dameon Pierce after his Rookie Flash? They burn and fade quickly. If you can get a 2nd for Croskey-Merritt, take it and don’t look back. If you can press more, even better. Just don’t be the one who holds the bag with the bag when the Heising dies around him.

Chris Godwin, WR – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Things started to look grim for Godwin managers. He did not practice at all during the training camp, and the only real glimpse we received from him was still swollen in the 50-year anniversary uniform of the Buccaneers where fans with eagle eyes are surgically repaired ankle.
Well, good news has arrived: Godwin has passed on his physical and was added to the 53-man Roster van de Bucs instead of starting the season on the Puplijst. General manager Jason Licht said in a radio interview that Godwin would miss the first month or so of the season, but should be back after that.
They will probably earn him earlier instead of later. Colleague Wideout Jalen McMillan is on a wounded reserve with a neck injury, and a tight end of Gift Otton is expected to miss some time with a leg problem.

Don’t forget: last year the only WR that Godwin defeated in PPR up to and including week 7, Triple Crown winner Ja’Marr Chase – and it was less than a single point. Godwin was like the WR2 in general at 19.7 ppg when he went down.
For dynasty managers this is the grip of a competition. Be patient and see in what role he settles when he is back. Does he arrange the lock back, where he dominated or shifts out last year while Rookie Emeka Egbuka glides inside? Anyway, you could connect a steady WR2 to line -ups rather than expected.
Unless someone with a too much paid comes, you are stuck. The value of Godwin could climb as soon as he is back on the field.
