As one of the premier events of the college tennis season, the 2026 ITA Division I Women’s National Team Indoor Championship kicks off on Friday, February 6, with all sixteen participating teams now knowing where and against whom they will play. The game will once again be hosted at Northwestern University and the University of Illinois and will run from Friday, February 6 through Tuesday, February 10, when a national champion will be crowned.
As a singles elimination tournament, teams will play one match each day through Sunday, when the four semifinalists will have the day off so the teams competing in Illinois can travel to Northwestern for the semifinals and finals on Monday and Tuesday. All teams are guaranteed to play at least three matches at the Team Indoor Championships, either in the main tournament or in consolation matches. All consolation matches conclude on Sunday.
