Jon Jones’ arch-rival, Daniel Cormier, believes ‘Bones’ is done competing in MMA, which is why he deliberately leaked that his left hip is covered in arthritis and is already a candidate for a hip replacement.
For context, there is a video circulating online in which Jones talks about a medical condition he suffers from. However, Jones later claimed that he never intended for news of his severe hip arthritis to become public. The former two-division UFC champion claimed a private conversation was secretly recorded and leaked online by someone wearing Meta Glasses
Jones set fire to the leak of the video. In an interview with The Schmo he joked:
“It’s true, I have arthritis, and the guy who leaked that was an absolute ****. I was talking to some guys confidentially, and he had one of those Meta glasses on, just like me, and he ended up posting that. That wasn’t for everyone to hear, but that’s how life works.”

Jon Jones also added that Dana White and Co. are aware of the medical issues he is suffering from, and that that will not prevent him from running for the White House on June 14.
However, Daniel Cormier thinks Jones is done with MMA.

In one recent YouTube videoDaniel Cormier opined that Jon Jones is injured and has serious hip problems. Therefore, ‘Bones’ has nothing left to offer MMA fans. ‘DC’ also added that it is very easy to find out if someone is recording with Meta Glasses on, and Jones wanted the information about his injury to be made public, and thus spoke about his medical issues with the child, who Jones later claimed had secretly filmed him. Cormier said:
“It’s very easy to tell if you’re being recorded with the Meta Glasses. They got a white light on the side of the glasses as soon as they started recording. How could he [Jon Jones] did you miss that?”
He added:
“I think Jon Jones knew what he was doing, I think he wanted people to know he was hurt… I believe Jon Jones is hurt. That was the video that made me believe Jon Jones has nothing left.”
