The Contender Series (DWCS) from Dana White is back for another year of action. Week 7 has the usual five-pack battles that we got to know and that we love. All promotion is available on ESPN+But you keep your eyes open here for all the results of the competition series that occur.
Rafael Tobias vs Jair de Oliveira
Round 1 – Both men who are looking for the stairs early. Tobias with the push stairs for distance and Oliveira looking for the legs to alleviate him. Oliveira Lunges in looking for a strike and is prevented with a right. It wobbles him and he sounds to get his mind. They start throwing over and he was tagged after he had thrown a naked leg kick. Tobias seems to end, but Oliveira hangs in it and gets a reset. They throw with Oliveira who find some success, but then he will be prevented and has quite a few problems with it. Tobias finds the distance and is immediately on a double and goes straight back. It doesn’t take long and he finds a rear naked choke with little resistance.

Javier Reyes vs Justice Torres
Round 1 – Reyes comes out to wave that right hand and get Torres to make a backup. Torres wants to give his way in the conflict, but Reyes with the right hand again. Torres enters that clinch and affects a large Takedown, but Reyes is immediately aware again without damage. Reyes clearly gets some confidence after that exchange and is progressing again. He unleashes a number of large straight pieces. He lands to the body and hurts Torres. Reyes with knees in the clinch and Torres is falling against the cage. Reyes throws a whole series of rights until Frank Trigg steps to call it off.
