Graya co-founder Rob Gray has been revealed as the buyer of an off-the-plan $11.05 million full-floor apartment at Heirloom at Kangaroo Point.
The boss of leading construction company Graya has been revealed as the buyer of a record-breaking $11.05 million apartment in Brisbane.
Co-founder Rob Gray invested the mega sum to secure the full-floor property on level four from boutique developer Molti’s Heirloom, a five-level development in sought-after Kangaroo Point.
His construction company Graya has also been appointed to deliver the development along the river; construction starts this week.

The sale, which closed in October, set a new benchmark for Brisbane, achieving the highest rate per internal square meter for a non-penthouse apartment in the city’s history at $38,501 per square meter.
“We are proud to be building Heirloom, but I am equally proud to be a buyer here,” Mr Gray said.
“When you have so much confidence in the quality and vision of a project, you back it with more than just your craftsmanship – you back it with your own investment.”

Molti director Ben Teague said his company needed a builder who understood that every element mattered when creating luxury apartments.
“For Rob to personally invest in the project from day one speaks volumes about Graya’s confidence in what we are creating together,” said Teague.
“It’s the ultimate endorsement.”
Mr Teague said Graya was the ideal partner to bring Heirloom to life.
“Graya was a natural choice to supply Heirloom given their exceptional track record in luxury home construction and our shared commitment to uncompromising quality,” said Mr. Teague.
“Both Molti and Graya operate in the luxury segment where craftsmanship, attention to detail and design integrity are paramount.”
Heirloom has raked in $21.7 million in sales since launch, with full-floor apartments of 3,400 sq ft each starting at $9.5 million.

Each home has four en-suite bedrooms, two living areas and outdoor terraces.
They also offer views of the Story Bridge, CBD and Brisbane River, as well as private gallery walls for statement art, bespoke wine storage and indoor fireplaces.
Delivery is scheduled for mid-2027.
PropTrack data shows the average apartment price in Kangaroo Point is $800,000, an increase of 11 per cent over 12 months.
The Heirloom sale is the highest condo sale in Kangaroo Point apart from the $14 million penthouse of Sorano House, which sold in 2024.
