On Wednesday afternoon, the Colorado Rockies and Major League Baseball announced the grilles for the 2025 Arizona Fall League.
The Arizona Fall League is a short competition out of season that uses Cactus League-Ballparks in Arizona. The competition consists of six teams, in which each team is introduced by five main class organizations. These teams are: the Scotttsdale Scorpions, Mesa Solar Sox, Glendale Desert Dogs, Peoria Javelinas, Surprise Saguaros and the Salt River Rafters.
Often described as ‘the finish school’ of the small competitions for players, coaches and even referees, the six schedules are filled in by top perspectives and farmers to compete after the end of the regular season. These are often players who have missed the time because of an injury, or who may want to have their parent organization extra playing time at high -level competition.
The Colorado Rockies send their players to become a member of the Salt River trusses, who play in the spring training facility of the team in Salt River Fields in Talking Stick. This season they are accompanied by players from the Arizona Diamondbacks, Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Angels and Pittsburgh Pirates.
Before 2025, the Rockies send eight players – five of jugs – to Arizona, together with one coach and one athletic trainer:
The Arizona Fall League starts on Monday, October 6, 2025. The season will be closed on Saturday, November 15, 2025 with the champion match.
