Nick Lodolo

Fresh from the injured list After just over three weeks with a blister, Nick Lodolo will in his last full start in the neighborhood of repeating his performance against the Dodgers. On July 29, he eliminated 11 Los Angeles stroke people in 5.1 Innings and stood up two points in Cincinnati.

The splits on the season against Lodolo have left -handed batters who better touch him across the board. But he threw them against them pretty well for a while after left -wing singles had piled against him in the first two and a half month of the season when they had the chance to face him – which did not happen often. Righties have not done much against him this year, which strikes on average, rarely runs and shows mediocre strength when they find hits against him.

Shohei Ohtani

Coming from Tommy John Surgery, Shohei Ohtani did not get the rehabilitation situation that everyone else gets because he served as the Dodgers -designated Slagman and currently leads the National League in points, home runs, Sluggings and OPS. He is limited and reduced in their rotation in the second half and will make his second start against the Reds (3IP, 2er on July 30). In his last two trips, he allowed him nine points in 8.1 innings.

We are still in large small sample mode for the splits against Ohtani in 2025. But with what we have, his right -handed batters have been much better to him. So far they hit him for a high average, but they do not run or show no power against him. The latter two things also apply to lefts, but they do not hit an average and stand out a ton.

Graham Ashcraft to the injured list

In what is not a big surprise, Graham Ashcraft was put on the 15-day injured list today. Tonight’s starter Nick Lodolo was activated and fills in the schedule. Ashcraft experienced tightness in his forearm after his last outing in his wrist and had an MRI.
