Mental health non -profit Chris 180 collected more than $ 800,000 during the annual fundraising event, The Christal Ball, which was recently held in Flourish Atlanta.
More than 520 people lived the event, including members of the community, sponsors and various partners in support of the work of the organization established in Atlanta.
Founded in 1981, Chris 180 Offers therapy, counseling and school-based mental health care in more than 80 schools in the Metro Atlanta area. In addition, the non -profit organization also has foster care and adoption programs, housing initiatives and independent support for young adults.
During his four decade of existence, Chris 180 estimates that the room has served more than 250,000 children, adults and families.
“We are everyone who supported the Christal Ball this year,” said Cati Diamond Stone, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chris 180. “The generosity of our sponsors, partners and community makes it possible for Chris 180 to continue to provide life -changing services that heal children, strengthen families and families.”
This year’s Christal Ball recognized Delta Air Lines, a sponsor since the fundraising began 25 years ago, and Ann Cramer, an old social leader who helped to establish Chris 180.
Cramer was honored by the very first Christal Ball and was again recognized this year for her “decades of leadership and dedication,” said Chris 180.
