Chelsea News: Palmer – Vlahovic – Alvarez feature

Here’s the big transfer news for Chelsea fans regarding Cole Palmer’s future at the club, the Blues contact in a bid to sign Dusan Vlahovic and the fee that will complete the summer signing of Julian Alvarez….

Chelsea would have to pay a big fee if they want to lure Julian Alvarez back to the Premier League, according to ex-Everton and Aston Villa chief executive Keith Wyness, amid reports that the Blues are still keen on a transfer deal.

That has been no secret in recent weeks CHELSEA have been heavily linked with a move for Julian Alvarez since news broke that Spanish giants Atletico Madrid would be open to letting the small striker leave the club during the summer transfer window.

However – CHELSEA are not the only club interested in a move for Alvarez at the end of the season, as there are also many more media reports claiming that Arsenal are actually in the chase to sign the striker for a fee of £82 million.

Now, amid all the speculation and rumors surrounding the rush hour, talking about the new edition of Inside Track podcast from Football InsiderWyness believes the striker would be worth the high fee Chelsea would have to pay for him.

He told Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast: “Yes, look, I know Julian Alvarez is very highly rated at Atletico Madrid.

“Everyone loves him, and he saved them in a lot of ways. Some big games. He’s a great player. If he were to come back, I think it would be a big move, but definitely worth it.”

“He’s good quality and I think he would fit in really well with them. But yes, he’s very highly rated, and it wouldn’t be cheap, but I think he’ll want to come back to Britain and I think he’ll set the Premier League on fire again, and I think that’s even more the case now that he’s had this spell at Atletico where he’s really made a big impact.”

There will continue to be rumors that are related CHELSEA with some of the biggest and best players in the game in the coming months, but if Liam Rosenior actually wants to sign Alvarez, we’re sure the board will back him.

DUSAN VLAHOVIC CONTACT

There have been some new media reports claiming that Chelsea are hoping to sign Dusan Vlahovic from Juventus on a free transfer at the end of the season.

CHELSEA have spent a lot of money over the last few transfer windows, adding the likes of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap in an attempt to find that striker with the ability to score 25 to 30 goals a season.

But despite the impressive performances of Pedro and Delap, Chelsea will need to revisit that transfer window at the end of the season and look to sign a new striker who can lead the Blues’ front line.

Although Vlahovic has been a key player for Juventus last season, scoring 64 goals in 162 games, the Italian side are keen to shed his club-high wages of £350,000 per week.

Clubs across Europe are alert to Vlahovic’s situation and the TMW website reports that Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea have contacted the player’s representatives about a possible move to the Premier League in the summer.

Vlahovic was free to negotiate a pre-contract deal with foreign parties in January, but that obviously didn’t happen, but reports say the London duo are fighting for his signature. AC Milan are also keen and confident of a deal, despite Vlahovic’s interest in a move to England

Vlahovic is a quality striker who has what it takes to become a brilliant Premier League striker, so if he is interested in a move to England then this would be a good option for players like CHELSEA

The Blues have a world-class attack that competes for goals, so if there is an opportunity to sign Vlahovic on a free transfer at the end of the season, he could be the answer to the Blues’ glaring problems since the days of Diego Costa.

Anything can happen in the summer window, but Vlahovic has proven at the highest level that he is a striker who can score the goals he can during this period. CHELSEA attack was lacking at times this season.

COLE PALMER SENDS MESSAGE

Striker Cole Palmer has opened up and responded to the many media reports that he could leave Chelsea at the end of the season for a move to Manchester United, but he has responded to the rumours.

After a season full of injuries, after a period in January in which Enzo Maresca was fired by the CHELSEA After a poor start to the season, there has been much speculation that Manchester United are interested in Palmer.

Manchester United will look to add some quality at the end of the season and add players to the squad who will make a real difference. With rumors that Palmer is homesick and wants to return to Manchester, a figure of £120 million has been suggested.

Palmer was the star of the show as the Blues beat Wolves 3-1 at Molineux, and the noise surrounding Palmer has been incessant in recent weeks, but Palmer was keen to quash any speculation after the Wolves match. Speaking to BBC’s Match of the Day, he said: “Everyone likes to talk nonsense, don’t they? I don’t pay too much attention to it.”

“You see things. But I still feel like I’m coming from a strong place, so I don’t pay attention to it.”

Palmer being linked with a decision to leave the club at the end of the season has come as a shock to many CHELSEA fans, especially since he is tied to a huge contract and has shown no desire to leave the club.

So fans will love that he has come out and responded in a way that suggests he doesn’t want to leave the club, that he wants to stay and continue winning trophies at Stamford Bridge. It will be a huge boost for the rest of the season.

It will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the season, but for now this is a huge boost for the club.
