Chelsea are reportedly showing a ‘strong interest’ in signing Tottenham Hotspur and TSG Hoffenheim striker Fisnik Asllani, according to the Spanish newspaper Transfers.
After moving to the PreZero Arena in 2020, the 23-year-old initially struggled to find regular first-team football. Therefore, he was loaned out a few times to play regularly and develop his career.
After a promising loan spell at 2. Bundesliga team SV 07 Elversberg last season, he has now established himself as a key starter in Christian Ilzer’s starting line-up this season.
In 20 appearances across all competitions, the forward has scored seven goals and registered four assists. In addition, he guides his team to a place in the top four of the Bundesliga this season, where he is third with 39 points from 19 games.
