The eight countries that will compete for the 2025 Davis Cup title have announced their teams for the Final 8 in Bologna, Italy next month, with some of the game’s biggest stars looking to be crowned 2025 world champions.

World number 1 Carlos Alcaraz, world number 3 Alexander Zverev and world number 8 Lorenzo Musetti have all been named to represent their countries in Bologna. However, world number 2 Jannik Sinner was not named in the Italian team, the defending champions.

Ugo Humbert and Arthur Rinderknech lead France in the first quarter-final in the top half of the draw, as they face a Belgian team including Zizou Bergs and Raphael Collignon. The other top half quarter-final will see hosts and reigning world champions Italy led by Musetti and Flavio Cobolli take on an Austrian team featuring Filip Misolic and Jurij Rodionov.

Lorenzo Musetti played ten Davis Cup matches for his country

In the bottom half, Alcaraz are supported in singles by Jaume Munar and Pedro Martinez and by doubles specialist Marcel Granollers as they take on a Czech team featuring Top 20 stars Jiri Lehecka and Jakub Mensik. In the final quarter-final, Jan-Lennard Struff and Yannick Hanfmann join Zverev for Germany against Argentinians Francisco Cerundolo and Tomas Martin Etcheverry.
