Cal Raleigh Blasts 57th Home Run to know Griffey Jr. to pass for Mariners Single-Season Record

Houston-Cal Raleigh from Seattle hit his 57th home run of the season in the 6-4 victory of the Mariners at the Houston Astros on Saturday evening for Ken Griffey Jr. to pass for the franchise record of one season.

Raleigh, who leads the Majors in Thuis Runs, has already surpassed the MLB record of Mickey Mantle for Thuis Runs by a 54-year-old shift hitter who had been since 1961.

This season he also set the MLB record for gayers, so that the 48 Salvador Perez HIT exceeds in 2021.
