Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd (Rapid Rail), as Rapid KL rail service provider, announced that the operating hours for Bukit Jalil station have been extended to 12:30 pm on October 8, 2025. It coincides with the Gaza Solidarity Meeting to be held at 8pm this evening at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, which will also be attended by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
“To ensure the smooth movement of passengers, additional train services will be provided to facilitate passengers to return to their destinations in comfort. Other stations will conclude operations as usual, but passengers will still be allowed to leave the station to continue their journey,” Rapid Rail said.
However, several selected interchange stations were also expanded to allow passengers to continue their journey to the final destination, including the Kelana Jaya route to Masjid Jamek LRT Station, Ampang / Sri Petaling Line to go to Masjid Jamek LRT Station, People’s Plaza, Hang Tuah, Chan Sow Lin, Maluri and Sungai Besi.
In addition, it also includes the KL monorail route to Hang Tuah Station, MRT Kajang (Art Market Station, Merdeka, Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and Maluri) and Putrajaya (Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Chan Sow Lin and Sungai Besi.
At the same time, Rapid Rail is encouraging passengers to use Touch ‘n Go cards to enjoy a smoother journey. For token users, it is advisable to purchase tokens to go and return early before leaving the station.
