Tampa, Fla. (AP) – The search of Desmond Watson to make the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, gets a late start.

Buccaneers-Coach Todd Bowles said that the toughest player in the NFL history from day to day is a non-football list of latter because of his weight after starting the camp.

“It’s about getting him better, being a healthier player and getting him a little more on the field,” said Bowles on Wednesday. “That’s a bit where I am now. He is working on it and we work with him and that is all you can ask now.”

Watson, who played in Florida, was signed after he was unpredicted in April. He weighed 464 pounds on the pro -day of the school and lost 25 to 30 pounds for the design.

“I don’t have a timetable about what we can get to him or when that comes,” said Bowles. “He comes from Armwood, he went to Florida, so he is used to the heat. That is not a big factor. We just have to see what is happening.”

The 6-foot-6 defensive Tackle has collaborated with a team food expert and the team did not say what an ideal play weight would be for him.
