Brooke Hogan, daughter of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, has publicly tackled her exclusion of her father’s $ 5 million and stated that it was her own request. After the death of Hulk Hogan in July 2025, his entire fortune was left to his son, Nick Hogan, leaving Brooke left without an inheritance.
In a statement to TMZBrooke did not express a surprise or regret about the decision. “His decision is not a surprise for me. It is what I asked for, I will stay without regrets. My father knows that I am a hard worker and I have long survived without his money,” she said. Brooke did not respond to further questions from Fox News Digital.
Hulk Hogan, who died on July 24, 2025 at the age of 71, after a heart attack in his house in Clearwater, Florida, had a documented history of atrial fibrillation, a condition that caused irregular heart rhythms. His death marked the end of an era for the WWE legend, known for his more than life-sized persona in professional wrestling.
Brooke Hogan, who for years from both her father and mother, Linda Hogan, was alienated, shared an emotional Instagram post after his death and shed light on their complex relationship. She clarified that there was no “big fight”, but rather a series of private conversations in which Hulk trusted her about personal and business struggles. “I offered to be a life raft in what capacity he needed. I told him he had my support. I begged him to rest, to take care of himself,” she wrote.
Brooke, her husband Steven Oleksy, and their twins, Oliver and Molly, had moved from Tennessee to Florida to be closer to Hulk as he got older. Despite their shared history, including nearly 25 operations together, Brooke noted a shift in their dynamics. Hulk began to exclude her from his medical procedures, and she felt a “power field” around him that she could not penetrate. Respectful disagreements and the emotional toll of her risky pregnancy brought Brooke to take a step back from their relationship.
“I know that in my heart I did everything I could. He knew that I would run for him through a burning building. And in many ways, on the path of life, I did that. He knows how deep, how hard I loved him. I am in peace,” Brooke wrote.
The decision to exclude Brooke Hogan from the will tailored to her pronounced desire for independence, which reflects her determination to forge her own way outside the financial legacy of her father.
