First episode of new romantic thriller gets a Free to Air broadcast.

Nine will screen the first episode of Stan drama Looking at you tonight on Free to Air.

Presumably to entice viewers to subscribe to Stan, there is no sign of a second episode in the plans.

Looking at you is a six-part psychological thriller starring Aisha Dee, Josh Helman and Chai Hansen, premiering in October.

Inspired by the novel by JP Pomare, The last guests, The series revolves around the exciting paramedic Lina (Aisha Dee) and the consequences of a single decision that threatens to disrupt her life.

Although she is happily engaged to Cain (Chai Hansen), a chance encounter with mysterious stranger Dan (Josh Helman) ignites Lina’s desire and culminates in a passionate one-night stand at a WeStay property. In the aftermath, Lina discovers that the affair was captured by a hidden camera and is blackmailed with the footage. Amid mounting threats and paranoia, she tries to unmask a treacherous voyeur, but realizes the threat is closer and more dangerous than she could have imagined.

The cast also includes Laura Gordon (Hotel Cocaine), Olivia Vasquez (Sloth Lane) and Luke Cook (Good cop/bad cop). The cast also includes Sara Wiseman (Territory), Mark Paguio (Spider head), Willows Speers (Conflict), and Benjamin Wang (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings).
