Bright MLS appoints its first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer to lead its AI strategy

“Rajeev’s appointment as Bright’s first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer is a clear signal of where we are going as a company and as an industry,” Brian Donnellan, president and CEO of Bright MLS, said in a statement. “AI can’t just be a feature on the MLS side; it must be built into the core of how we manage listings, deliver insights and support our subscribers’ businesses. Rajeev brings a rare combination of deep real estate experience and technology vision that will help us turn AI into real, everyday benefits for the professionals who rely on Bright.”

Sajja is a veteran of the real estate industry and is leaving Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach after more than twenty years with the company. There, he most recently served as the brokerage’s senior vice president of digital marketing and innovation. In this role, he led the company’s AI task force.

“I am honored to join Bright as its first Chief AI Officer at a pivotal time for both the company and the real estate industry,” Sajja said in a statement. “Bright has a bold vision to become the first AI-native MLS, and I’m excited to help bring that vision to life with practical, responsible AI that helps agents and brokers better serve clients through smarter data and trusted insights.”

Bright MLS said it is currently working on AI tools that will help agents by simplifying listing entry, improving data quality and streamlining workflows, including the preparation of comparative market analyses.
