No team increased their regulation gain with more than the Ottawa declaration, from eight during the inaugural season to 12 in the 2024-25 campaign while he rose all the way to the PWHL final.
2024-25 was a real electric season for the load. After completing three points outside the PWHL play-offs of 2024, the indictment won a competition-high four games in regulations and added 12 points to their season two in total with the highest increase in each team and achieved their place in the 2025 PWHL play-offs in the last day of the regular.
The indictment was the only team that had two three-game winning streaks in regulation, and their four-game Win Streak on the road to close the season was the longest in the PWHL. They went for the first place in game opening goals (18), had the highest percentage of the points of defenders (29.3%), for the second place in the percentage of the goals scored on equally strength (78.9%), and scored a record four goals with a short ‘Jailbreak’ goals. The success of the team earned head coach Carla MacLeod recognition as a finalist for 2025 PWHL Coach of the Year.

Record the play -offs in the last game as they did, and perhaps further motivated by the League’s Play -Off Structurethe indictment did wonders. Montreal Koos Ottawa as their first round opponent and MacLeod and her team embraced the challenge.
A real team effort pushed the indictment of a 3-1 series victory on the Victoire and deserved them the chance to play for the Walter Cup in their first late season. Eventually in four games to Minnesota fell and the indictment fought until the end. Each match of the 2025 PWHL final went to overtime, including a triple marathon in game 3. Ottawa also played a PWHL record four-overtime thriller in the semi-final in what their only loss was against Montréal.

The Rookie never lost a competition in regulations during the late season with a sparkling 1.23 goals against average and a .952 savings percentage to earn the Ilana Kloss Playoff MVP Award.
Playoff scoring also came up and down the entire line -up. The points leader was Emily ClarkThose five playoff points delivered, including a few game winners. On the blue line, Jocelyne Larocque was in second place in team score with four points, which more than doubles her point-per-game output from the regular season.
As with every PWHL team this summer, the indictment runs the page on the way to season three, but the fight is tested by their resilience. Interrupted with a strong regular season by a long play -off run and both Clark And Phillips After recently signing contract extensions to keep them in Ottawa during the 2027-28 season, coach MacLeod and the indictment would like to decline it all.
