A command in New York City was stabbed while driving in the metro earlier this week, which marked the last copy of random violence in public transport of the plague of public throughout the country.
Roberto Gaspar, 25, checked his phone when a man approached him from behind while he was driving a number 7 train at the 111th Street Station in Queens on Sunday evening, The New York Post reported.
The unknown attacker would have “put him in the back several times with an unknown sharp object,” said the NYPD.

Gaspar was then taken to a nearby hospital in a critical condition, while the suspect “fled to unknown parts,” the police said.
“He is serious, he can’t talk,” friend Tomas Calel told The Post. “He is on the ICU. He is connected to machines.”
Gaspar is reportedly working for 10 hours of services five days a week in a restaurant in Manhattan to earn money to send home to his family in Guatemala, and was on the way home of his work when the attack took place.
“I feel bad for him,” Calel said. “He didn’t see anything. He doesn’t know who did it.”

Security images that are shared by the NYPD show the alleged suspect – described as a light complexion, slim build and about 20 to 25 years old – who flashed a tandy smile while he on board the night of the attack on board the attack.
“I am angry. He did nothing wrong,” Calel said the post. “I believe [the attacker] Is a bad guy. Why did he do that? I want them to catch this guy. ”
For Calel, his friend’s attack forced him to be afraid of driving the train at night.
“Sometimes I go [to work] I sometimes go along the bike by train, “Calel said.” I take the train at night, I come home at 10 a.m. I am afraid to take the train now, because what happened to my friend could happen to me. “

The incident only came a few weeks after Irey Zarutska, 23, was stabbed to death while driving on a Lightrail train in Charlotte, North Carolina, resulting in renewed fear of the safety of public transport throughout the country.
Zarutksa, who fled Ukraine to escape from the war, was on the way home of working in a local pizzeria when she was reportedly approached by Dejaun Brown Jr. from decarlos and deadly stuck in the neck. Last week, Brown was formally accused of alleged murder in the first degree in the death of Zarutksa.
