How he came here
Moore to the Blackhawks was so lucky that luck could get lucky. He was considered a top perspective in the design of 2023, and many were shocked that he fell until 19. No one was shocked more than the Hawks, whose general manager, Kyle Davidson, said he was even tried to exchange it to get itThinking that he would not fall. However, both parties are happy with how things go. His speed has always been the center of his game, and with the organization that wanted to become faster, he was a tough player to leave.
Moore has spent the last two seasons with the Minnesota Gophers, and like most colleague players, he developed a lot in that time, including winning two gold medals at the World Juniors and building his all-round game. In Minnesota he had 33 points in each of the last two seasons. Gopher’s head coach Bob Motzko praised his commitment, work ethicCharacter and ‘electric speed’.
One thing that stands out of his time with the Gophers is consistency in his game, which reflects his points.
The Blackhawks were very happy to have Moore and his roommate, Sam Rinzel, Turn Pro after the end of the Gophers season In March. In nine games, Moore mainly played a third line role, with his consistently praised properties: speed and work ethics that were noticeable.
Moore’s role in 2025-26
Moore is in an interesting position in 2025-26, because nobody knows if he will make the Blackhawks selection. It seems that he will be in the same position that Kevin Korchinski and Frank Nazar were last season. The team gives him every opportunity to make the team and force their hand. In a perfect world that is what they want to see. But if he doesn’t make the team out of the camp, he starts with the Rockford Ice Hogs.
He will compete with various other players for a place in the team, including Lukas Reichel, Landon Slaggert and Colton Dach. But Chicago regards him as another important part of their future, and fast players from the workhorse are essential. He excelled in a depth roll, but can be lashed in anywhere. He also showed that he could be a factor for special teams.

During his exit interview in April, Moore stated: ‘I still feel [I have] A lot to prove myself, a lot to prove the organization. I think it was a great time that came in here, and I thought I did a good job by really switching and really reflecting in recent weeks, and everything that is going on, and everything that is going on. So I’m going to take that and go into the low season and try to prove that I will be in the camp next year. “
We will see how he looks at the training camp, but he is another exciting prospect to follow. Moreover, he is even attending the NHLPA Rookie -Showcase On September 3, he will make a big month for him in September.
