Join me today Yoga | Birth | Babies is Renata Freitas. Originally from Brazil, Renata moved to the US for her MBA at Wharton, where she met her husband. She is a traveler, wife, mother and is also 200 hour certified in yoga. Enjoy her deeply honest birth story.
