WHERE TO GET INGREDIENTS FOR BIG MAC MEATBALLS
In case you haven’t noticed, I don’t allow ads on my site.
I just didn’t agree with some of the products being advertised. They were keto products, but they were unhealthy and I personally would never eat most products. It was hard to say no to blog ads; they pay thousands of dollars a month, but I just felt uncomfortable having the products I didn’t recommend on my website.
Instead, I made a shopping list where you can find all the healthy ingredients that are difficult to find in the supermarket (and when you do find them, they are often very expensive).
I did a lot of digging and found the lowest prices on all the products I use and love. Everything from food, pantry items, kitchenware, supplements and skin products are on my list.
I rarely waste time in the supermarket because I find everything online for a much better price!
All you have to do is click on the words in my recipes and it will take you straight to the right item. If you add them to your cart, I get a small commission that helps me keep practicing recipes (experimenting with recipes can cost me a fortune!… but I’m happy to help!).
I also have GREAT HOLIDAY GIFT IDEAS on the list!
Happy shopping and THANK YOU for all your support!!!

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, garlic, eggs, tomato sauce, mustard, fish sauce or possibly salt and cheese.
Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place the meatballs in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Pre-bake 17-20 minutesor until cooked to your liking. I like a little pink in my meatballs.
While the meatballs are cooking, make the special sauce. Place all ingredients for the special sauce in a medium bowl. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking. Set aside.
Serve the Big Mac Meatballs with special sauce and a garnish of shredded lettuce and roasted sesame seeds.
Store the meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. To reheat, place in a preheated 350°F oven for about 3 minutes, until done.

“Hello Craig, Maria, Kai and Micah!
My journey to a healthy body has been a long one. I was always the fattest kid in grade school, high school, and college, but as a young adult my life was generally unhappy.
I have followed the Standard American Diet all my life, with bouts of dietary problems, until I learned I was a sugar addict about 5 years ago. My weight peaked at 260 pounds and at only 6 feet tall I was unhealthy, to say the least.
Join Maria, Craig and PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fasting)!
Now at the age of 71 I feel better than I have in my entire life! I have energy and stamina I never knew was possible and I can’t accurately express my gratitude! Thank you so much Maria and Craig Emmerich!” Janet
