Bachelor stars Sam and Snezana Wood Sell Luxury Elsternwick Home – Realestate.com.au

Sam and Snezana Wood’s house has been sold, with insiders from the industry that suggest that they have received an amount fairly close to their asking price of $ 6.6 million.


Former bachelor Sam Wood and his wife Snezana have sold their Elsternwick Love Nest, with a big renovation by the couple who probably helped to protect them a big prize.

The couple met each other in season three of the Australian franchise of the reality show in 2015, with the fitness industry Heavy Slagman who married the then single Mum Snezana in 2018.

They now have three children together, as well as the first daughter of Mrs. Wood, Eva, who appeared in the show.

MR Wood’s Fitness Empire 28 by Sam Wood was sold for $ 71 million in 2022, and he remains a popular fitness trainer with 263,000 followers on Instagram.

The former bachelor recently proved that he is just as fit as always and earlier this year completes his first marathon in Africa as part of Carrie Bickmore’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer Charity event that has collected more than $ 1.1 million for research into the disease.

Mrs. Wood has also been busy since the show was wrapped, writing her memoirs, launching sleeping clothing and jewelery collections with home bodii and Shannakian fine jewelry, and exercising a niche as a lifestyle effort with no fewer than 331,000 followers on Instagram.

A home gymnast in the house is supplied with an extensive weight and cardio set up – plus a sauna.

Their house with five bedrooms, complete with an impressive home gymnastics that even shows its own sauna, is supposed to have sold for the asking price of $ 6.6 million.

The period of the house looks a lot like it always has and there are still a range of character details, including decorative ceilings, stained glass windows and gang arches.

But an exhausting renovation means that the following owners will enjoy impressive styling in important living spaces, including designer lighting fixtures, processed floors in Chevron style, frame metals in warehouse conversion style.

The rear open living space of the house has enough space for a family to spread.


The impressive kitchen is equipped with a mix of designer light fittings, stone sofa sheets and high-end cooking equipment.


A black and white kitchen esthetics forms the background to daily life, with a Butler’s pantry behind it, while bathrooms comprise functions, ranging from ordering edges marble surfaces to marble-look tiles and freestanding tubs.

Bedrooms are scattered over the ground and the first floors, with balconies for a few rooms at the highest level.

Outside a gas and solar-heated swimming pool with a deck for solar lounges is surrounded by managed gardens, while a paved space offers space for outside entertainment.

The Dow Real Estate Managing Director Taylor Dow, based in Brighton, dealt with the sale, but could not discuss the result.

Mr Dow said, however, that there were good indications for the market in the area – especially for houses that are currently being renovated to a high standard.

“And for spring I get optimistic,” he said.
