After putting the finishing touches to Mizora on Ridge Hill, Azorim Noord -America received a loan to refinance the real estate with several families in Yonkers.
Azorim that called the property after itself, but backwards spelled a loan of $ 145 million from ACORE Capital for the 364 unit Complex, the commercial observer reported.
The development is divided into two buildings. The first was completed in 2021, while the last last year was completed. They are each 14 floors long and houses a similar count. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a patio outside with a grill area, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms, fitness center with track, indoor basketball court, playroom for children and film display in the film.
The building is located at 601-607 Ridge Hill Boulevard, less than 20 miles away from Midtown Manhattan.
There will also be more: Azorim Noord -America Chief Operating Officer Jack Klein said the work recently started on a third building, which will contain 174 units and is expected to be completed in the next 18 months.
A Walker & Dunlop team of Jonathan Zilber and Joel Chetner arranged the financing.
Azorim Noord -America is a subsidiary of Azorim, a development company based in Israel. The company also has a transit-oriented development of 250 units at Hudson Street in Yonkers, one of the largest cities in New York outside the Big Apple itself.
Azorim Noord-America has its next Yonkers project on its sleeve: a development of 672 units on 143 Woodworth Avenue, a short walk from the Metro North Station, similar to another complex in Hudson Street in which the developer offers a shuttle for the train at the Ridge Hill Complex.
The market for the development of several families in Westchester County has been booming in recent years, but developers are increasingly worried about the inflow of units, afraid of competition and the need for concessions.
