Tempe, the – The 54 men’s and women’s automatic qualifications for the 2025 ITA National Summer Championships powered by WTN are now being determined, because the ITA Summer Series driven by WTN officially closed after week six tournaments last weekend.

With players who receive automatic qualification via two routes, competitors could end as Singles Semifinalists at one of the six ITA Summer Master’s Series tournaments or end in the top three of the ITA Summer Points Race classification that reflected the success of a player RACTS RACE SERIES in all ITA Series -Teries.

Now that it is eligible to compete in the largest championship of the summer, these automatic qualifications will compete at $ 20,000 in total prize money on the ITA National Summer Championships and ITA all-American Championship Wild Cards (only for active division I-athletes) and only USTA Pro Level Wildcards).

In all six weeks of the ITA Summer Master’s Series, various athletes from legendary programs made deep runs in tournaments, including athletes from North Carolina, Texas, Texas A&M, Illinois, Baylor, LSU and Harvard to name just a few.

For the women, Alanis Hamilton (13.78 WTN) from North Carolina claimed its place in the National Summer Championships during week four in Baylor. The emerging second -year student for the Tar Heels recently qualified for the US Open Doubles main draw with partner Reese Brantmeier after winning the American collegial play -off organized by the USTA in May.

In addition to Hamilton, the Tennessee duo by Vanesa Suarez (13.47 WTN) and Saray Yli-Piipari (14.68 WTN) each qualified in week three in Northwestern in Northwest. Suarez has the best WTN rating of every automatic qualifying competition and both Suarez and Yli-Piipari were integral parts of the Lady Vols team that reached the NCAA quart finals last spring.

Of the automatic qualifications of the gentlemen, Texas -Terugkeer Lucas Brown (7.23 WTN) wears the best WTN of all players. A semi-finalist on the National Summer Championships in 2024, Brown was one of the best double players in the nation with the Longhorns in the past year and earned the All-American status while in the fall he reached the semi-final of the NCAA Doubles Championship with Timo Legout.

Just behind Brown are Baylor’s Luc Koenig (7.26 WTN) and Harvard’s Rohan Murali (7.44 WTN) who both have a WTN rating in the 7s, similar to Brown. Koenig, who will be an emerging senior for the Bears, was a fixture in the Baylor-Line-Up last season and ended 17-9 in Singles and 25-9 in Doubles over all competitions. In the meantime, he will be an emerging junior for Murali who produces on an impressive second-year campaign in which he is 16-9 in Singles mainly from the number 4 position.

The top three of the point race ranking on the men’s side of the game are Aidan Atwood (Indiana), Noah Lewis (Middlebury) and Daniel Harkin (Washburn). The three players all gathered more than 800 points during the six weeks of the game, while Atwood won three point race tournaments, while Lewis reached the final of three tournaments, won one, and Harkin reached at least the semi -final of four tournaments and won one.

For the women were the top three of the Race classification Tatyana Nikolenko (Wichita State), Ellie Hammond (Davidson) and Sayuri Parandian (UC Irvine). For Nikolenko she won two ITA Summer Series tournaments during the six weeks of the game, while Hammond reached at least the semi -final of three events, won one, and Parandian reached the final of two events and won one.

The ITA ITA National Summer Championships, powered by WTN 2025, are held in Memphis, Tennessee from 9-12 August in the Leftwich Tennis Center. Here, players get the chance to compete in a 32 -player Singles drawing and drawing a 16 team doubles about the four days of the game. Fans are encouraged to participate in the live stream if they cannot attend the competitions personally.
