Slot will be happy not to have to ask any further questions about Liverpool’s poor form and can instead continue to focus on getting his side ready to return to glory.
Liverpool opened their Champions League season with a 3-2 win over Atletico Madrid at Anfield, but lost to Galatasaray on matchday two in Istanbul.
It will be interesting to see what the Dutchman calls for tomorrow’s match with Frankfurt – a team that has won three of their first seven Bundesliga games.
