ANTHONY JOSHUA has lashed out at ‘hater’ Tyson Fury amid criticism over his fight with Jake Paul and controversial ‘kill’ comments.
Britain’s two-time world heavyweight champion will face YouTuber and boxer Paul in Miami on Friday.
Joshua came under fire after saying: “I’m a very respectful man, raised by a good family, but if I can kill you, I will kill you.”
The normally outspoken Fury was disgusted by the comments and branded AJ a ‘classless loser’ as he dismissed his decision to fight Paul.
But Joshua replied: “Forget Tyson. I don’t like that guy. Forget that guy.”
“Your opinion, what you live your life by, is irrelevant to what I think and vice versa. Tyson doesn’t have to worry about my opinion.”

Fury, whose brother defeated Tommy Paul in 2023, said on Instagram: “I just got a video of Anthony Joshua saying: ‘If he killed someone he would kill someone in a boxing ring.’
“I think, you know what, he’s a little long in the tooth to talk like that.
“He’s 37 years old and at the end of his career he’s fighting a YouTuber, a Disney Channel guy who beat Tommy.

AJ steps in with a month’s notice after Paul’s ‘David vs Goliath’ clash with Gervonta Davis was scrapped due to Tank’s civil lawsuit.
And Joshua will be desperate not to suffer the same fate as legends Mike Tyson and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, who both lost to YouTuber boxer Paul.

“But there’s a lot of respect as two men coming to the table to do something great by bringing boxing to the forefront of everyone’s lips.”

Joshua, 36, returns for the first time since his September 2024 knockout loss to Daniel Dubois, 28.
Meanwhile, Paul, 28, has a modest 12-1 record but betrays tremendous size, skill and experience in the Miami mismatch.
The fight will last eight rounds, wearing 10oz gloves and AJ’s only restriction is a weight limit of 245lbs.
An unthinkable win for Paul would be boxing’s biggest shock of all time and stare Joshua’s retirement in the face.
But AJ thinks otherwise, warning that he would fight on even if he suffered defeat against his ultimate underdog opponent.
He said: “It is what it is, we keep fighting.
“I feel like in boxing, you get put on the biggest stage because they want you to embarrass yourself and they want you to fold.
“They want to see you crumble, but no, I’m not. During my highs, like I said, never let success go to your head and never let failure get to your heart.”
