Overview

Angkor Resources (TSXV: Founded in 2009 and publicly mentioned in 2011, Angkor Resources (TSXV:AnneOTCQB: Ankof) has a unique with double-oriented company built up in energy and minerals in Asia and North America.

The company promotes the acquisition of the cash flow through oil production and carbon collection in Canada, and is ready for transformational growth through the very first onshore oil and gas reconnaissance program in Cambodia. The Canadian subsidiary, Enercam Exploration, already generates income from oil production, water removal and gas processing, while also implementing solutions for catching carbon gases and conversion for provincial markets. In Southeast Asia, the Cambodian subsidiary of Angkor, Enercam Resources, an initiative leads to National Scale to bring Cambodia its first domestic hydrocarbon energy, with exploration activities on those of the company that of the company Block VIII concession.

On the mineral side, Angkor has positioned himself as a first-mover in Cambodia’s underexposed mineral belts, with licenses at Andong Meet and Andong -Exercise. These projects focus on both expensive and basic metals, with copper porphy porphy systems and high -quality gold mineralization that is now being confirmed by exploratory results.

Angkor’s strategy is intended to reduce the risk of shareholders by diversifying income streams, combining the recurring Canadian cash flow with a high impact exploration on its head in Cambodia. The management of the company emphasizes hydrocarbons and copper as priorities, and records the potential value of 25 million repairable barrels in Cambodia in addition to considerable discoveries with copper-gold.

Important projects

Onshore Cambodia – Block VIII Oil & Gas concession

Angkor’s flagship active is block VIII, an oil and gas concession of 4,300 square km in Cambodia’s underexposed onexexisted sedimentary pelvis. The license, structured under a 30-year production-sharing agreement with innovation options, represents the first onshore hydrocarbon exploration in the country. Geoscientific studies conducted by Danish, Canadian and European experts have identified strong indications of a foreland system and gap formations with considerable petroleum potential. More than 21 natural oil bars have been mapped and testing the Seeps by Schlumberger confirms the presence of hydrocarbons. Gas sessions are also clear about the block.

The block is ideally located next to the exporting infrastructure, close to the port with highway access to Phnom Penh and the proximity of a deep water port. Cambodia is currently already importing its petroleum products, making block VIII important both nationally and regionally strategically important. Enercam, the subsidiary of Angkor, implements Cambodia’s first onshore 2D Envirovibe seismic program, designed to minimize the footprint of the environment and at the same time map structural traps and stratigraphic functions.

Technical projections suggest that as soon as the commercial amount of repairable hydrocarbons has been proven, block VIII could organize the first onshore oil production from Cambodia. The phased development plan of Angkor includes the completion of seismic interpretation, definition of borders or additional 3D SEISMAN -SEISMENS followed by stratigraphic test pits and final developmental drilling. This project is expected to be the most important value stadder of the company and will be prioritized as the number one company focus.

Canadian Energy & Carbon Capture – Enercam Exploration

In Canada, Angkor works via Enercam Exploration Canada, a 40 percent interest holder in oil production and carbon solutions on 30 well locations that include 516 hectares in Saskatchewan. These wells, closed since 2018 due to low oil prices and mismanagement by earlier operators, have been systematically renovated and restarted. Enercam participates in the entire production cycle, including oil extraction, water separation and gas treatment.

An important milestone was the acquisition of the pipeline network and the compressor station, which enabled historic ventilation problems and enercam to catch associated gas. This gas is converted into natural gas energy and sold in provincial markets. The Canadian income flows of Angkor also include water removal costs, gas factory activities and income from oil production, supplemented with continuous carbon capture and improves recovery of water conversion and injection pits.

Angkor has an interest of 40 percent in the oil and gas production companies in Saskatchewan, which guarantees a recurring income flow. This platform not only compensates G&A costs, but also provides a basis for emission control and potential for further gas capture with surrounding producers in the area.

Cambodia Mineral Properties – copper and gold portfolio

Through her subsidiary Angkor Gold Cambodia, the company has a strategic portfolio of copper and gold assets in potential belts. These licenses include Andong Bor and Andong Meet.

The Andong Bor license has emerged as a cornerstone of the mineral portfolio of Angkor. In June 2025, the company confirmed the presence of a copper-gold porphy system, the first discovery of its kind in Cambodia. This breakthrough positions the project as a potential copper-gold system on district scale. Furthermore, drilling is expected to test depth extensions and definitely delimulate mineralized zones.

With the License of Andong Mes, Exploration has unveiled high -quality gold mineralization, with surface samples who return tests to 70 grams per tonne (G/T) Gold over a surface of 0.8 km by 1.5 km. This anomaly is largely not tested by drilling and represents a significant target in the short term for expansion of resources.
