9.26 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hello friends! Have a nice Friday! What is happening this weekend? The pilot and I enjoy a date night, P has a basketball game, and it is the first birthday party of our Neice Daisy! We have to celebrate the party pig last night and we can’t wait for more pleasure this weekend.

In between I just did the home school -thing, worked with customers and this season loved Dancing with the stars. Give Robert all the Mirrorball.

It is time for the weekly favorite party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and on the internet. I also always like to hear about your favorites, so please scream something that you love in the commentary section below.

Nothing goes beyond post-decay Tacos, I tell you.

9.26 Friday Faves

Fashion + beauty + random:

Huge athleta -sale now!

P lives in These hoodies

And These technical T pieces

The perfect red flats

Lurk every day My favorite skin tint #7 to be back in stock. Currently I keep the empty bottle upside down and shake it. I use this Tinted SPF Moisturizer And this at the topAnd it is the perfect combination for a little coverage, but not too much.

Lately outfits. (still wearing all these, because it is still 100 degrees here)

Customer wins! This customer went into a cut and wanted to be back where she was before her marriage. Before we could cut, we started with functional laboratory tests, they reinanced her body, repairing sleep, strategies for stress management and building her metabolism with a reversed diet. Then we could start her cut. She stayed with her macros as a professional and watch her results – she finally hit her goal of her body composition.

The best part is that she sleeps all night, regularly has cycles and no longer experiences dry eyes.

I have a few places open for October, so if you are fed up with money on supplements, frustrated because the scale will not admit, you do not sleep well and want an action plan, e -mail me gina@fitnessisa.com subject coaching.
