After updating the EMEYA a few days ago, Lotus Cars Malaysia has now announced changes for the Eretre SUV. The very first electric SUV of the brand (Hyper-SUV as the company calls it) now comes in five variants and has a starting price of RM499,000.

The new variant names are intended, reflect their respective power output levels as part of the global strategy of Lotus to simplify and expand the product range. Lotus Cars Malaysia says that the Elletre 600 is new in the range and serves as a more accessible point for the Hyper-SUV of the brand. As such, it is not a direct replacement for the variant that was introduced last July, which was more priced as a weakened version of the now depleted Eletre S.
The latter was at the time priced on RM598,800, while the rest of the pre-update range saw a price revision between RM698,000 and RM838,000-the Basic Eretre in September 2023.
All variants of the eletre are supplied with a dual engine, four-wheel drive, with the ‘600’ suffix that 612 PS (603 hp or 450 kW) and 710 Nm of torque indicate. In the meantime, the ‘900’ offers 918 PS (905 hp or 675 kW) and 984 Nm. A lithium ion battery with a total capacity of 112 kWh (107 kWh usable) is also standard over the range.
In terms of performance, the Elletre 600 cars in 4.5 seconds from 0-100 km/h and a top speed of 258 km/h touch, while the Eleetre 900 options need 2.95 seconds and Max need 265 km/h. Range figures for the ‘900’ cars go as high as 500 km (410 minimum) according to the WLTP standard, with the ‘600’ cars that offer between 530 and 600 km.
With an electrical architecture of 800 Volts, the ELETRE DC supports quickly to 350 kW, so that the battery can get a 10-80% load status in 20 minutes when it is connected to a charger that can be done at that power; 22 KW AC -POLADEN is also supported.
With regard to the equipment, the ELETRE 600 standard is supplied with active air suspension and continuous damping control, wheels of 20 inches, torque of the torque vectoring, LED matrix headlights, a 15-speaker KEF-Premium audio system, a 29-inch head-up and a Jasper-inchtieuur-Stui-Mostor Fabrics fabrics fabric substances substances substances substances.

Regarding the Elletre 900 -Sport, which gets most of the 600 GT SEs KIT, but is supplied as standard with the 600 Sport SEs Lotus Dynamic Handling Pack and Active rear spoiler. The interior of the ‘900’ variant of the starter also follows a quarter theme with Lotuswear.
