A color update for the 2026 Aveta Nova 250 scooter, with the price unchanged at RM14,388. Prices do not include road tax, insurance or registration, and come with a two-year or 20,000km warranty against manufacturing defects.
The new color options are Titan Red and Nordic Blue, available across all authorized Aveta Malaysia dealer showrooms from January 2026. The Nordic Blue variant of the Nova 250 is available in Malaysia as a limited edition, with a production run of just 688 units.
Moreover, Aveta will even have a big hangover for the first 388 owners of the Nova 250 Nordic Blue. Otherwise, there are no changes to the specifications for the Nova 250 scooter.
The Nova 250 gets 25.5 PS at 8,250 rpm with 23 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, from a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with SOHC, displacing 244 cc. Power goes to the rear wheel via CVT transmission and belt drive, with the engine fed by Bosch EFI.
The wheel size is 14 inches at the front and 13 inches at the rear, equipped with 120/70 front and 130/70 rear tires. Conventional telescopic forks hold the front up, and dual shock absorbers with adjustable spring preload support the rear.
Braking is handled by single hydraulic discs front and rear, with a four-piston caliper at the front wheel and a two-piston caliper at the rear, including dual-channel ABS as standard equipment. What increases driving safety on the Nova 250 is the traction control.
Driving features include a Smart Key system, tire pressure monitor, USB-C charging socket and front video recording. A digital TFT-LCD meter displays driving information, while LED lighting is used throughout, and the Nova 250 carries 12 liters of fuel in the tank, with a weight of 165kg and a seat height of 774mm.
