Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you? What are you planning this weekend? We have the usual basketball game, celebrate my brother’s birthday, and I’m looking forward to a quiet pizza and movie night. I hope you have a relaxing and wonderful weekend ahead.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so please shout out something you like in the comments below.

Fashion, Beauty, Random:

I don’t think I’ve given it a real blog shoutout, but I’m obsessed with the OneSkin lip mask. It’s better than other lip masks I’ve tried and has cleaner ingredients, plus the OS-01 peptide for anti-aging. It’s plump, super hydrating (no dry lips this winter) and I love it. Use FITNESSTA15 here.

Date night at Fleming’s! The pilot regularly goes for a volunteer organization he is a member of and I always feel left out lol. We planned a little date night and it was great. Fleming’s is a chain, but it is one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson. It’s great every time. We’ve really cut back on restaurant dining this past year, but it’s one of those places that is *worth it* to me.

The live Tony Robbins event is everything so far. If you need a mindset change and a huge boost, check it out on his YouTube channel.

Bridgerton is finally back and I’m sooooo ready for it.

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Special delivery from my friends at Lovebird, my favorite cereal. I love breakfast cereals, but the ingredients in most of them are not that tasty. It’s one of the few brands I buy regularly and the kids love it too. Our toddler niece is coming to stay soon, and I’m excited to pack something up to share with her – I know she’ll love it too.

Questions and answers about peptides:

If you’re hearing more and more about peptides and you’re curious (but also cautious), you’re not alone. That’s exactly why my friend Tine and I’m hosting a Peptides Q&A Chat: a relaxed yet educational conversation between two practitioners who have seen meaningful results both personally and in practice when peptides are used correctly and responsibly.

This is not medical advice and not a protocol call; it’s an open discussion about what peptides are, who they can be useful for (and who should wait), why the basics always come first, and how to approach peptides ethically through proper medical supervision. Our goal is to answer frequently asked questions, clear up misinformation, and help you feel informed as you make the best decisions for your unique body.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!

xoxo
